Mixing supernatural action, horror and drama, Downs is a web series that brings much more than the competition. It launches from Columbus, Ohio in 2010.
Our heroine: Susan Downs traded her eyes for forbidden knowledge. She's learned that curiosity can be deadly -- and you can't defeat the supernatural, just hope to survive it!
The episodes: Two episodes have been produced so far:
- A Voice From The Dead: Susan's friends Glenn and Lisa are having a baby. It's a stressful time for anyone, but it turns dangerous when Glenn calls up a malign spirit. Now it's up to save Glenn and Lisa's relationship -- their lives -- and maybe their baby!
- A Little Bit of Knowledge: Angel's Pin is the kind of place you can only find when you're lost and desperate. When Susan's friend Rev. Harper wanders in there, it's up to her to pull him out -- before he loses more than his life!
History: Downs was shot throughout 2009, in and around Columbus, Ohio. It was written and produced by Tony Goins and directed by J. Aaron T. Sinclair, with cinematography by Darell Day and Kenny Ruffin. Alycia Yates stars as Susan Downs.
